Johnny Stoned I recently shopped at Old Navy in Boynton Beach Mall, looking for shirts and activewear, and it was a great experience. One of the things I appreciate most about this store is how well-organized it is. Unlike other retail stores where you have to dig through piles of clothes, everything here is neatly arranged, making it easy to find exactly what I need. The fitting room was easily accessible, and the attendant was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. It’s always nice to see staff who take their job seriously and ensure a smooth shopping experience. It made trying on clothes quick and hassle-free. What I love most about Old Navy is the variety in colors, the quality of the clothing, and the overall fit. Whether you’re looking for casual wear or activewear, there’s always a solid selection with sizes that are consistent and reliable. The pricing is reasonable too—affordable without sacrificing quality. Unlike other big-box discount stores that carry mixed brands, Old Navy produces its own clothing, which I believe contributes to better quality control and consistency across all their items. Overall, shopping here was convenient and enjoyable. With great organization, helpful staff, and well-made clothing at fair prices, Old Navy remains one of my go-to stores for everyday wear.

Giselle Santamaria I love this store. I hardly recommend it because here you can find any kind of clothes at very good prices! For man, woman or child, there are things for everyone. Also the shoes are beautiful and good quality. The clothes are a little disorganized but with a little patience you will find what you need. And the prices are the best thing about this place. In my opinion the only bad thing is that apparently they dont have enough bags, because the cashiers always put all the things that you buy in the same big bag, no matter if there is a shoe or a dress, or a box of cookies, and when you ask for another bag, she tells you that they dont have enough bags... but everything else is good.

Robert Lomelli It’s been one of my favorite place to shop up clothing. So, I’m going to consider my more recent visits as a fluke: Why do you have so much small? Who in charge of inventory there thought stocking enough small to outfit an army of small men was appropriate? I myself fit large and maybe medium depending on the fit, and found the selection quite slim for myself. The website may more or less make up for it, but I like being able to try some of these things on to see how it looks.

Julianne Delicious community coffee shop. They have so many drink options, and have breakfast and lunch (& brunch) items fresh! The atmosphere is nice and bright. Good seating available. Thank you!

Maurissa Bennett 10/10 customer service today. All of the staff was friendly per usual. The Sonoma bath collection was marked at buy one get one half off. At checkout they were only ringing up at the on sale price. The store manager honored the BOGO sale displayed. The cashier Sandra was patient, and transparent marking down each individual item. Helping to make my transaction smooth. I came in on a budget, so have an ideal of what I’d be spending and it being more would not have been feasible. Thank you Kohls for honoring the prices we see as customers!

Tabby Bass Got a new bed and went here to get a new comforter set, and doggy outfits cause it is expected to get chilly lol.
