Since I live in Texas, I was excited to take advantage of their complimentary styling service and was connected with Linda at the Naples, FL boutique. Linda was a dream to work with! She is responsive, professional, warm and energetic! She helped me take my measurements over the phone and put in the order for my gown- making sure that it would arrive in time for alterations. Linda stayed in touch and let me know when the gown shipped. The gown arrived, carefully packaged, and is just stunning! The quality of the design and fabric was impressive- truly a special gown! I couldn’t be happier with my Rene Ruiz gown but must emphasize the customer service experience that Linda provided was truly the cherry on top!
