1 /5 Share The Soap: Seemed like it was going to be a great find, but you know what they say about when it seems too good to be true? On Oct 9 when I placed my $75 order I also purchased express shipping and yet even without any embroidery or customization my order still didnt ship until Oct 21. Its Nov 19 and I still dont have my order. Tracking does show that its in St. Louis. I realize thats not the companys issue but when I contacted them to inquire about sending a replacement or helping to file a USPS claim, nope. Took days and a few tries to even get a response from customer service and then all they said was for me to file the claim with usps and gave me a phone number. Worst customer service ever. Pretty disappointed. Even filing the USPS claim Im out the rush fee and the cc processing fee. Wont be buying from RMF Scrubs again.

1 /5 Rian Worden: Would give 0 stars if I could. I looked at the size chart and purchased the correct size and they are still too small. The material is extremely thin and would probably rip on first wash. I asked about returning, the customer service was terrible and took forever to answer my emails. They said "It will cost you $9.79 to send the 4 items back to us, restocking $9.50, shipping and handling $7.98, and non-refundable payment method charges $0.84 so total cost will be $28.11 and as your total order amount is $31.93 which means that only $3.82 will be refunded back to you" Do not purchase from this company. Your money is better spent somewhere else for better quality items.

1 /5 me: I bought a small which I am and they’re huge. Their tops are locked down to my knees and the pants I can fit three people in and the material is more of something that you have to iron to look decent. I know they weren’t very expensive but I bought almost $300 worth and can’t use any of them probably

1 /5 David: Id give a negative number stars if I could. Ive felt this way about only a few businesses, ever. Horrible experience and terrible customer service. Buy from anywhere except here! Just look at the reviews...theyre all echoing this same sentiment. Youd never order something from an online vendor if it had 3* or less. Likewise, here.

1 /5 Jordan Shaw: I have an order that has taken longer than their shipping policy states, going on three weeks now. I have emailed them 3 times and haven’t gotten the first reply. I do not recommended ordering from them.
