Ross Dress for Less - Shop FL (Near Hialeah)

Hannah Flinchum I love this dollar General. They’re currently under remodel, but I love it here. The staff is super friendly, especially the manager Dennis, who most recently helped me pay for my drinks because they stopped carrying generic brands of sodas, and I didn’t have enough money to pay for the real brand, so it warmed my heart and made me happy cry right there in the store due to how kind the manager was for helping me. If you see him, tell him hi and make his day. A girl named Alexis is super sweet too. Almost every worker there is super sweet. They’re clean, the aisles are always neat and the prices are good. The frozen foods are a tiny bit high and they stopped carrying generic branded sodas for some odd reason, so take a survey and complain to corporate if you’re constantly on a budget like me and can’t afford $6 for a 12 pack. Other than that, this store is awesome.

Quinton Black I frequently shop at Ross on the weekends. I went there on Sunday Nov 2. Shopping for a pair of work boots and some work pants. And I just want to compliment a few of the employees for there outstanding customer service skills. First off all I want to Say Mrs. Sheree who was working in the back of the store in the fitting rooms she was very polite and helpful to all the customers and doing a great job keeping the fitting rooms nice and clean and with a smile on her face which is rare. I told here what a great job she was doing. And I felt the need to recognize her for her commitment to great customer service. It doesnt go unoticed. Also I want to recognize Mrs. Katrina the store manager who was working front cash register she is always very polite and speaks to every customers as they walk into the store keeps a smile on her face and always helpful when I go to her register. Also she is an amazing saleswoman. She convinced me into getting a Ross Credit Card. Last but not least Mr Avele a new employee was working at the register up front as well that day I ended up going back through his line to get another pair of pants . This young man was very professional with great customer service skills. Kept the line moving while interacting well with the customers. Everyone appreciates great customer service and I would like these employees to know their work doesnt go unoticed. Ive worked in retail and it can be demanding at times and hard to keep a smile on your face but these three employees are amazing and create a great shopping experience. Thank you guys!

Layna Mathews I had the most amazing experience today. I’ve shopped at this store for a very long time, but this experience really stood out and will definitely keep me coming back. I especially want to shout out the manager, Rome (I hope I spelled his name correctly). He was such an incredible help. I needed assistance with some amazing finds, and he was able to help me right away. I will surely be back. Thanks again, Rome!

Dr. Ahmad Mallad More crowded than usual and prices higher than usual

Mrs. Maya Kennedy I was in town doing some grocery shopping and wanted something good but could not quite decide on where to go. I knew I did not want any of the fast food restaurants so I stopped by Elliano‘s to try out their muffins. My barista, Chloe G was super friendly and made my indecisiveness Subside with a sweet Carmella latte and a red velvet cheesecake muffin. No guilt just goodness.
