5 /5 NIKKI D: I have been coming here on and off for years.This store used to be disorganized and messy. Now ,is an absolute pleasure shopping here again for the past 2 years!! The store is now super organized and exceptionally clean creating a pleasant and stress free shopping experience .This dramatic improvement is clearly a result of outstanding leadership. So I would like a major shout -out to the new manager who is doing an absolutely incredible job!!! In addition to excellent management, I wish to command specifically cashier Elsa. She is continually a wonderful presence , cheerful, dedicated, friendly and always willing to help. Employees like Elsa are one of the reasons customers return. I will continue coming back , because at this particular Ross store , Shopping is a Great Pleasure!!!
