1 /5 Vanessa C: Be EXTRA careful purchasing any skincare at this store! EXPIRED SINCE 2024, we are in 2026 now. I called to get a refund and they didn’t care to help my situation at all and only gave me one solution that didn’t work for me. This is a health hazard; luckily I noticed before I got an allergic reaction to it!

1 /5 Jack B.: What a nice case! Too bad Sandy lied multiple times that no case was available. First directly putting these brand new Gucci sunglasses in a plastic bag like nothing!!! She didn’t even ask what sunglass case we wanted. First lie said was there are no cases, 2nd Sandy said no Gucci cases left for over a month. While the other associate later offered different brand cases, we noticed a Gucci case there. Appears 2 associates are conspiring to hide/lie sunglass cases from clients which is pathetic totally unethical for any store that sells glasses. Shady and unprofessional.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and attentive.Yulia she is amazing and really helpful! She took the time to understand my vision needs and style preferences, offering expert advice without ever being pushy. Selection of frames was impressive—ranging from high-fashion designer brands to timeless classics, and everything in between.
