Save A Lot - (Near Bronson, FL)

3 /5 Perfectly Imperfect: Three stars because it is useful sometimes. Look at the sell by dates!! At least it doesnt smell like booty anymore when you walk in. The cashiers are always nice. I even have a favorite one.. Photos of juice that was out of date by 19 days and of visits after that shows they were still on the shelf well into June.

5 /5 Matthew Flynn: Save A LOT in Bronson, Florida is one of those grocery stops that feels like rollin’ into your neighbor’s barn — simple, honest, and gets the job done without all the fancy frills. First off, the prices here are dang hard to beat if you’re on a budget. You can find basics like milk, eggs, bread, and decent cuts of meat without wincing at the total when you hit the checkout. Don’t expect gourmet or boutique brands — it’s more “everyday grub that fills the belly” kinda place. The store’s layout is no-nonsense: signs that actually help you find stuff, wide aisles that don’t feel like a cattle chute, and a vibe that says “pick what you need and keep on truckin’.” Staff are friendly enough, usually with a quick “howdy” or a smile if you catch ’em between customers. Produce is alright — not perfect, but fair for the price — and the frozen section’s got a solid variety. Parking’s easy, and you’re not stuck circlin’ around like you’re downtown. All in all, if you just need groceries without the wallet takin’ a beating, Save A LOT in Bronson is a solid, down-to-earth stop.

4 /5 DanX James: I eat a lot of beef, chicken, pork so I am always on the lookout for sales....and my Bronson Save A Lot has great sales quite often. The staff is friendly and helpful (especially Julie) and I can almost always find exactly what I came in to shop for. The 40 oz bacon pieces that they carry are absolutely delicious and a great price. This bacon goes really well with green beans. 2 small issues for me are fresh vegetables seem to be less than fresh at times and often the sale prices do not ring up...so I have found I need to be very vigilant in both pointing out the sale items and checking my receipts before I leave the store. I would give this a 4 1/2 stars if Google would allow because overall I am very pleased with my entire shopping experiences and what I buy. Thank you very very much!!!

1 /5 Anna Valenti: I am giving a one-star and this is solely for the meat department! I have on many, many occasions purchased meat just to get home and find it bad. I now if I have to purchase meat on the way home I open it at the register before I purchase it, but tonight I did not do that, I purchased ham hocks for dinner,just to find mold! I am not one to post bad reviews because I know life happens and things get by us at times. But this is peoples health! Something has to happen in this Meat department!!!! The cashiers are wonderful, friendly and helpful, but your meat department is awful.
