They even helped to pick out a dress for my Fiancé’s birthday at the very next day even making sure to get her a fitting room with all the dresses that they helped her picked out. I will say I’m very impressed with the service. This is the first time this has ever happened. We’ll definitely be coming again and I don’t like writing reviews like that so this is saying something.

Katie Vancura The whole reason we came to this specific shop was to purchase a gator head. My husband needed a particular size, and we werent finding what we needed in other shops. We visited once while we were still looking for the best option and returned once he decided to get one here. The one he found had minor damage (probably from sitting out and being handled by customers), but it was fine. He happened to see more behind the cashier. The cashier gladly let him look at all the heads until he found the perfect one. He was kind and took extra steps to ensure that the gator head was protected and safe for travel. As for the shop, it was very clean and well organized. Prices were consistent with what you would expect to pay in a tourist area. Also getting to see the baby alligators was fun. They were super cute.

Peter Huynh I travel to Miami every year and never ran into this spot. It was my first time here in this spot and I immediately found what wanted and loved it! Pedro was so helpful and helped me find some other chains to go with the pendants they had in stores. Very helpful and accommodating, and very friendly! Definitely check it out. They have a lot of accessories, clothing, and souvenirs. I’m so happy with my purchase!
