Tamara Niedermann my family and i were in stuart for a family vacation and i love visiting locally own book stores while i travel. we enjoyed this little shop and the gentleman who was there was very helpful, and not pushy. it had a nice selection of used and vintage/antique books. i did wish it had a wider selection of new books, and the books right up front are getting bleached by the sun, however neither of those things hindered my enjoyment of it. i would absolutely go back if i lived in town!

Mara Posey I have been shopping at HLT for over a year. I love the warm and friendly shopping atmosphere. Danielle is amazing and always wants to help style you. Her staff is amazing and Paul is just the best addition. Anytime we come in it’s nothing but smiles and hugs all around. My son even loves to come and sit with Paul learning how to sew. If you haven’t been to HLT don’t wait any longer stop in and do some shopping and see for yourself how wonderful it is.

Lindsay Brooke Dechoes Closet is hands-down my favorite thrift and secondhand store in Orlando. I’ve been shopping here for years, and I also sell a lot of my clothes with them — they’re always fair with pricing and super easy to work with. The staff is genuinely the best; everyone is so friendly, helpful, and welcoming every time I walk in. The selection is always amazing too, with pieces you won’t find anywhere else. If you haven’t checked this place out yet, you’re seriously missing out. Definitely worth the trip!

Katie Vancura The whole reason we came to this specific shop was to purchase a gator head. My husband needed a particular size, and we werent finding what we needed in other shops. We visited once while we were still looking for the best option and returned once he decided to get one here. The one he found had minor damage (probably from sitting out and being handled by customers), but it was fine. He happened to see more behind the cashier. The cashier gladly let him look at all the heads until he found the perfect one. He was kind and took extra steps to ensure that the gator head was protected and safe for travel. As for the shop, it was very clean and well organized. Prices were consistent with what you would expect to pay in a tourist area. Also getting to see the baby alligators was fun. They were super cute.
