5 /5 Jenny Baggs: This place is AMAZING!! I live a few states away and I purchased a big order online taking chance and EVERYTHING exceeded my expectations!! The quality is so good and everything was even cuter in person! Then (in the middle of night) I sent in a question online about orders being combined and first thing in the morning I had received a text and phone call from them trying to reach me. They got out everything to me that day and in less than a week my clothes are hanging in my closet ready to go!! Will definitely be shopping here again!

2 /5 darci reininger: I have purchased so much from this boutique. However this past time I received a shirt that didn’t fit me so I wanted to return it. $38.99 I believe was the cost. They include a dollar or so charge on to the invoice for this particular reason so I expected an easy exchange. Not the case. Long story short, I got the approval to send back , received my shipping label and I accidentally put it in the usps box for return instead ups so it took several weeks for them to actually receive it. My fault! But then I get an email stating it was denied. No reason given. Assumed it was because it was past the return date. I messaged them about 6 times asking to please review that I had made the mistake but I did send back on time. No response. So Oct 6th I get on instagram to see if I could get an answer and finally they told me it was denied. Well I know that much. I inquired further and was told it was a sale item 50%off and non returnable. It was not. It was 20%off. Remember I had already gotten an approval for the return. They actually told me I didn’t . I could not believe they argued with me over the $38.99 . Bad customer service for sure. I’ve spent close to or more then $1000.00 from them and then I get treated like this. Shame on them!
