1 /5 Tony P: Horrible service. They have a 7day return/exchange policy that they would not honor even though it was within the 7days. The product was never worn, they wouldn’t even look at it. What made it worse is that they said “we would let people return used clothes, but not shoes” the shoes was never worn though. I would think it would be easier to wear clothes and return them than it is shoes. I just wanted an exchange not even a refund. First time shopper, I promise I’ll make sure anybody I know don’t spend a dime here.

5 /5 Shahid Qudsi: Great customer service with so many . Options . Went in originally looking for couple items for back to school, and ended leaving with 7 outifts for my boys. They had lot of deals going on and will most definitely be back.

5 /5 Jennifer Newbanks: Today I visited the Ellenton Outlet mall location looking for a particular backpack for my son. They not only called and checked at their other locations for me, but they held it (at their Bradenton store) without a deposit because there was only 1 left. I appreciate them being super helpful and doing that “little extra” to get us what we were looking for. The stores are very clean, well organized, and stocked with great merchandise. We will definitely be back.
