Broken Arrow Everything was good, and the shopping experience itself was great. However, the store has 11 registers but only one cashier working in the front, which is crazy. It makes the checkout process slower than it should be

Mr Cowarts Daughter OMG. This store had left the mall and now they are back. Back with some stupendous price. Went on a Saturday, and that store was busy as all git out. They need more help on a Saturday. Everyone was patient waiting their turn. The store has loads of stuff. Took the granddaughter, and she bought 2 pairs of nice sweatpants for $15. What a deal. We will be back. Oh yeah.

Juliana YouTube I decided to drop off some items to sell and was not aware they do appointments only with a 2 month waitlist…they were able to take up to 5 items for walk ins however….my experience here was not good in terms of customer service… the girls taking in clothes were quite rude. I brought in the following items (all in mint condition that I bought at Bloomingdale’s - two items still had the Bloomingdale’s tags on them). They want a 100% silk shirt ($5), a designer dress ($5), and a designer structured jumpsuit ($8)… they did not want to take a designer maxi dress that also had tags on it from the same designer as the other dress or a rabbit fur and cashmere vest…. I decided to give them the items because I do see a lot of people shopping there. They told me all items would be priced between $15-$25 so I know that someone with a smaller budget would be happy (which makes me happy). So for shopping I think that this would be a great place but if you’re looking for fair selling then use the apps. Below is a picture of the 5 items I was allowed to have them review otherwise I would have had to wait two months…. I think this place could pay out their sellers more (a jump from 30% to 40-45%) because their location is not in a high rent area for the store so their monthly costs for that can’t be monstrous (unlike how it is for shops in better areas of Gainesville). I’m am overall happy there is a place like this in the area for the community I just think the girls need a lot of training and a bit of a reality check… I’m from a large metro city and moved here so I’ve run into several townies who believe they are the upper echelons of NYC for whatever reason lol. Other than that this is a great place for nice clothes on a budget. I hope someone enjoys my items… not sure if I will be back (I have mixed feelings, maybe it was a busy day for them and that’s why I got the attitudes) but I love what the owners are doing for the community. Edit: some of the employees have racial issues (which says ALOT about them) and don’t have rules for certain people… doesn’t seem fair or well managed. Wish this would be fixed as the employees are clearly not new and very comfortable with their positions…

C.E.O. Seymore Oh lord I went in there for a few pairs of jeans and left with an entire new wardrobe! I mean the sales were unmatched and I definitely needed that retail therapy!! I have to add that the girls were really sweet and didn’t give me an issue when I had to come back to exchange something I should’ve gotten in a bigger size. I will return.

Steven Carducci Ive been shopping here since 2018. I feel like this place has always had great brands for cheap with a great selection. Availability of products went down tremendously during COVID but I think the selection is back again. People complain about the store being messy, just remember the workers didnt make that mess its the people shopping their that mess it up. Burlington doesnt have a lot of people working as that is one of the ways they pass savings to the customer. Maybe people could be better stewards while shopping in a store that theyre guests in. Pookie Bird Very nice owners. Store is so so full of things you cant walk down every isle. Prices on the very high side but if you search you can find a bargain. Variety of items endless. Some gorgeous things to see. Last year I was able to walk every isle this year it seems so stuffed space is limited. Some booths are so over stocked you cant dig in either. Specifically I liked the booth with fabric, quilts and last year sewing machines. Now I cant see a thing in there. Maybe the place is in flux and about to be organized better. They need a bigger space. There is an upstairs very dim light and not much for me.
