1 /5 Karime Santos: I visited the store last Tuesday, as I do on many other days. I’ve been there many times and have always enjoyed shopping because the staff has consistently been kind and friendly. However, this past visit was completely different I have never been treated so rudely.
When I asked a simple question about an item, the salesperson was extremely unpleasant and dismissive throughout the entire interaction. Later, as I prepared to check out with over 30 items, a woman with a single item stood behind me. I told the salesperson she could assist the other customer first since my transaction would take longer, but she insisted on checking me out immediately. She continued to rush me, and when I said I was ready to check out, I had to repeat myself twice before she even acknowledged me.
Because of her behavior, I asked for her name, but she refused, saying she did not feel comfortable providing it. I found this very concerning, as I’ve never experienced anything like it. At this point, I’m not sure I can return to the store if I have to deal with that level of disrespect again.
The only identifying detail I can offer is that she was wearing a New York baseball cap and had her hair in a ponytail. When I asked for her name, she quickly responded, “I don’t feel comfortable giving it to you.” As I paid and walked away, she added, “God bless you.”
