3 /5 Anthony S: An okay store overall, but not quite what I was expecting. The variety was limited, and the styles available weren’t very appealing. On top of that, the prices felt quite high for the type of store this is, which made the experience a bit underwhelming.

2 /5 Codi Lamb: Whenever I come to this location it is always pleasant and no complaints. I left about an hour ago and as expected it was extremely busy with the line being close to the back of store . I had a return to make and needed to purchase some more stuff . I decided to try on some items and initially there was a women in fitting room that was sweet . I left my bag & fuzzy socks on their desk as she directed . When I came out of the fitting room , there was a young guy named Saguno ( don’t remember exact spelling ) who was now behind the fitting room desk already looking aggravated . I told him the items I wasn’t getting as I placed on the clothing rack . He immediately said “ Yup” in a quick distasteful manner . I then told him that the bag and socks were mine . He responded in an impertinent manner that he needed the number sign . I said ok & asked if he was having a bad day . I can’t remember what he said . I stated, the way you are communicating is rude . He apologized which I appreciate . With the short experience I had with him made me feel uncomfortable & very dismissive . I work in retail so I understand but still he didn’t have to act that way . After checkout - I requested to speak with a manager . I spoke to Melanie and explained the situation . I did forget to tell her he apologized with already a lot being on my mind . She said Saguno has a mental illness . I was empathetic when she revealed that . I stated at the same time - being in retail not every one is going to understand that especially if they are just interacting with him and don’t already know that . I stated the dressing room may not be the ideal position for him and to talk to him about not being rude . I didn’t want to come on here and leave a bad review and again when Melanie disclosed Saguno is mentally ill I was empathetic . At the same time he works in retail and there needs to be a talk with him at least of not being insolent with customers . Hopefully Melanie and management speak with him .

5 /5 Hannah Boyer: Love this TJ Maxx! The staff are friendly and helpful, the store is clean and well organized, and there are always great finds at amazing prices. It’s an enjoyable shopping experience every time I visit.

1 /5 Starfleet: I wanted to share some feedback on the current process for purchasing locked items. While I understand the need for security, the experience feels inconvenient and detracts from the overall shopping experience. Here’s what happened: • I had to call someone to unlock the case, which took time. • When the item was retrieved, it was sent to the front instead of being handed to me. • By the time I finished shopping, I had forgotten the item was being held, so I had to return after checkout. I understand the concern about theft, but in this case, it was a $22 body spray. I simply wanted to add it to my cart—not feel like I was being treated as a potential thief. Is this the standard shopping experience now? If the item had been placed in my cart, I would have checked out everything at once without the extra hassle. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for customers in the future.

5 /5 Richa Owen: Stopped by here to check out a few things and it was an overall good experience. Store was very busy but the cashiers were friendly and did a great job getting through the long line relatively quick. I recommend this business :)
