5 /5 Katie Los: tjmaxx on 66th st north, st. petersburg knows what customer service is all about. i am sure i was the challenge of the day! forgetting my credit card, needing assistance with the forgot your card scan, asking for personal advice on a purchase! as well as exchanging an item at the same time and then putting another item on hold for me was all handled with patience, understanding, calm, efficiency and kindness. angelica, victoria and then later, jaiden all made me feel like an important customer. thank you, they made my day!
