5 /5 Nancy Picard Watts: I was very happy to see the choices and quality of the womens clothing at our local Tommy Bahama store. My husband has bought many Tommy selections in the past, but I havent thought about making the store my favorite until recently. The staff is friendly and not intrusive. The right balance of assistance and care was perfect. Ill be back and I highly recommend Tommy Bahamas stores. Nancy J

5 /5 Jane SB: I was in Vero Beach for a couple of days vacation and decided to call the local Tommy Bahama store to see if an item I had seen online was in stock at their store. The gentleman who answered was very helpful in answering my questions. The next day I went in to the store and the sales lady, Roseanne, was exceptional! She really went out of her way to help me get the three items I was interested in. I have worn Tommy Bahama clothes for many years and I am always pleased with the quality and the designs. This shopping trip was so great because of Roseanne. I don’t think I have ever been waited on so attentively by one person. The next time I go back to Vero Beach, I intend to go back just to make another purchase from her.

1 /5 J J: Some of the worst customer service, I have other seen. Associates are disorganized and manager needs to lead. At times they are rude and speak down to their customers. Will not shop there ever again. Will continue to buy the brand online or at other stores, such as Orlando. Don’t waste your time going there and shop online. Their stock is usually low and they have to order the item online anyway.

5 /5 Michael Mesch: We regularly shop at this location. We have found the customer service to be terrific, merchandise selection is very good as well. Last time I was there Katherine was extremely helpful and I left very happy with my purchase.
