The prints came out sharp, vibrant, and durable—exactly what I needed. Communication was smooth, turnaround was fast, and they were very professional throughout the process. 1 /5 Cynthia Vankleeck: Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I am only typing this to hopefully let management know about a very rude staff today. The woman working was extremely rude about how to wash it (bc I was confused about if I could bleach it since it was a white hoodie) and then what colors they had that I wouldn’t have to bleach (they only had three in the front) I purchased 10 hoodies last year, had a great experience, LOVED the staff. But this year I’m extremely disappointed. When I went back to pick up my order she said I didn’t pay so she didn’t put it in. After waiting two hours, emailing the photo, dealing with her horrible communication skills. I figured when she walked off after being rude, that was all I needed and I paid when it was done. Allegedly she was going to get the payment machine. She was taking to me like I was stupid the whole time and needs to work on that. All I have to say is EW

5 /5 Hailey Dupre: Billy made my custom shirt for my concert! Only took about 25 minutes & Turned out better than expected for a great price! I made the design for both front and back and T-shirt turned out great! Will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
