Ruby Fanelli I have never been to a Columbia Factory Store before Sunday. Walked in and was greeted by the Store Manager Anela. She was folding and organizing a very busy peak hour at noon but every person that walked in the door was acknowledged and greeted. This was a clean organized, bright, inviting store.
I was not aware of the Omni-Heat Products and other technology in these types of clothing they create for Fishing, Hiking, Skiing, and General Warmth. To say the least I will be a forever Columbia brand customer.
Now back to Anela. When she told me and my son where we could find Coats that would withstand a visit to Upstate NY currently 28 degrees, she not only helped us find them but assisted us with sizes, explained the interchangeable linings, whether the garments were waterproof or not, what type of activity they were for, the pricing, the discounts, etc. She assisted us with boots, gloves, hats, more outerwear; do you need wool blend socks, and so on. This was not an upsell job, she was representing the brand and how it can perform to fit your needs. Basically, for your experience or event.
