Brie Baker Everyone in there is so nice. The store is always clean and I love their clothes. I had to return an item today and the process was so easy. Of course, I couldnt walk out of there empty handed so I guess in reality, it was an exchange instead of a return!

Anita Griffin About a month ago, I had the absolute PLEASURE of being taken care of by Cynthia. CATO is so very fortunate to have her as an employee- her communication, customer service and genuine compassion is so rare in today’s world. She was beyond attentive and offered suggestions, honest feedback on how things looked and styling advice I seriously needed! Because of her help and abilities, I spent a few hundred dollars more than I would have had I not had her expertise. Two CATOs stores that I used to frequent have both closed. I always loved CATOs and decided to drive out to the MetroWest store and I am so glad I did. I will be a regular shopper again and hope I am lucky enough to meet up with Cynthia.

Brittany Capone JCPenney has been a store Ive always shopped at. It has much of what youre looking for. A lot of the time they dont put out the clearance signs on the regular shelf or mark the newly clearance items. So, be sure to ask the associate if those items are on sale as they arent correctly displayed.
