1 /5 Peyton Triplett: Closed at 5 instead of the posted hours on Google. This place has been known to have unreliable hours, and this is a major inconvenience to small business owners who frequently use the Pack and Ship as a drop off. When I knocked, the employee was still there, and she just went to the back.

5 /5 Latrice Cherry: Ms. Robyn, that works at the Madison location, made my experience wonderful! I had a package that was supposed to be sent to a different location, but instead was sent to Qwik Pack & Ship in Madison. From the first telephone encounter Ms. Robyn was very pleasant, informative, and also a great listener. She has great customer service skills!! She went above and beyond to figure out what went wrong with the shipping company, and for that I am grateful! It is definitely hard these days to find someone that goes the extra mile to help! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!

5 /5 T. Haynes: Customer service was fine. Its wise to know that for items with a UPS QR code (not a UPS label), you must visit an actual UPS store, for they can not ship those items. It must have a label.

3 /5 Phi11ip: Service is usually good, but Ive had a few issues getting things printed here. On my most recent trip to get two shipping labels printed, they printed the same label twice, so one package got sent to the wrong address and the other is M.I.A. because it had a label on it that had already been used by the first package. I checked the first label when I applied it, and assumed the second one was good to go, not realizing it was actually a duplicate of the label I had just applied. Im at fault for not double checking, but I also feel like its common sense that I dont need the same label printed twice. These labels were for music equipment I sold online, so one guy never got his package, and the other got the wrong package
