I had a package that was supposed to be sent to a different location, but instead was sent to Qwik Pack & Ship in Madison. From the first telephone encounter Ms. Robyn was very pleasant, informative, and also a great listener. She has great customer service skills!! She went above and beyond to figure out what went wrong with the shipping company, and for that I am grateful! It is definitely hard these days to find someone that goes the extra mile to help! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service!!!

5 /5 T. Haynes: Customer service was fine. Its wise to know that for items with a UPS QR code (not a UPS label), you must visit an actual UPS store, for they can not ship those items. It must have a label.
