She worked so hard to pull great styles for me and really went above and beyond to provide a positive style appointment for me and my boyfriend. 1 /5 Brooke Shoemake: Ive been to this location a few times over the last couple of months to pick up orders or make returns. Both times, the store manager was extremely rude. He interrupted me and talked over me when I was trying to explain an issue. Then another time he pressured me to make an exchange when I came in to make a return. He also came off as weirdly intimidating, almost like he was trying to make me feel bad about waiting until the last day to pick up my order. Oh and he also told me to get in line behind some other customers to do my return, which was fine, but then he made me move when I stood in the wrong place. I could understand if it was a longer line, but the store was practically empty and there was only one other customer in front of me and noone behind me. It just seemed a bit much. I usually order online, and I dread having to come into this location because of him. From now on Ill be going to a different location if I have to visit a store in person for any reason.

2 /5 Brad Bright: I love the brand, but was told today that I am required to have an account in order to exchange a pair of jeans that were purchased in store, because its "needed to verify its not a fraudulent return" I had my receipt and original payment card in hand. If Im required to set up an online account to perform business at a brick and mortar store, Im just going to shop online.

1 /5 Dan Choe: The cashier lady didn’t even care when she saw people were waiting in the line. All she cared was talking to a customer that was in front of us. Waited for 15 mins and decided to leave because she was having such a good time chatting instead of trying to work :)
