1 /5 Andrea Levings: Purchased online and tried to return in store to avoid return shipping fee. I called Anthropologie to confirm items could be returned in store and was sent a verification code to return in store. Employees refused to accept unworn, brand new return and told me their store didn’t accept sale item returns. I showed them that my receipt from Anthropologie listed the items as eligible for return in store. They did not care and refused to accept return. I called corporate number after and they again confirmed the items were eligible for return and the Gainesville location was unfortunately known for refusal. They connected me to another Anthropologie location that happily and easily accepted the in store return.
