5 /5 Anna M.: Had some technical issues with returning an online order so I went into the store to try to fix it. The store associates and the manager were so kind and helpful; especially Sam! She was very patient and worked with customer service over the phone to fix the problem. While I waited, I browsed around; the store is very clean, displays are beautiful, and it seemed like all the other customers were having positive interactions with employees too. Thank you Sam and the rest of the Anthro team!
