Antiques & Treasures Shop - (Near Jasper, GA)

1 /5 Kameron Wix: I spent over an hour in this store listening to the women working there loudly complain about other customers and how they "weren’t selling much." Annoying, sure-but no big deal. I can handle some old lady gossip if it means finding something worth buying. Ironically, when I did find items I wanted to purchase, thats when the real problem started. I found three items, two of which had no price tags. One of the women offered to hold my items at the counter while I continued shopping. I mentioned that I didnt see prices on two of them. She walked maybe two feet away, turned to her coworker, and said-clearly within earshot "The sign says no tag, no sale! She cant read?" I could read. I could also hear her perfectly. Yes, theres a sign. There are also floor-to-ceiling antiques crammed into every inch of this place, many without visible tags. A simple, polite explanation wouldve sufficed. Instead, I got condescension and a nasty attitude. Its honestly impressive to gripe about not selling much and then immediately drive away a willing customer with a nasty attitude. I told them I didnt want the items and left. Thankfully, I crossed the street to Goodwill and found similar items at a MUCH better price, minus the rudeness. I wont be back.

5 /5 Kage: This is a “true” antique and vintage shop! So fun to step back in time and enjoy the many wonderful creative booths here! Prices are reasonable. Thanks to the owners for not giving in to the modern trends of many so called antique shops of the modern era.

1 /5 Stacey Martin-Mullins: Love walking into a store to told rudely by a man “we close at 5!!” “We open tomorrow at 10 if you would like to come back” It was 4:40pm. So I asked would you rather I leave? SMH I saw a couple of things I would have purchased which I would have returned for but I will pass. Try not to be rude to a customer. I only had 10 minutes to browse either way.

5 /5 S H: I enjoyed this shop! It was a little hard to navigate because of how the building is laid out, so I found myself wandering around sometimes or having to turn around to make sure I didnt miss anything, but that didnt ruin my experience. Maybe some arrows on the ground could alleviate this. The ladies working the front counter were pleasant. If you go around Christmas time be aware that it is VERY Christmas themed... tons of holiday items to choose from. I will go back after Christmas is over and the stock switches back to normal. I am interested to see their regular items!
