Athleta - (Near Marietta, GA)

2 /5 KRV: This is the closest Athleta location to me, and I shop here from time to time, especially during end-of-season sales. The store has a solid selection, including popular pieces and clearance items. One piece of feedback: on multiple occasions, employees who recognize me have commented that I’m “here all the time” or that they see me “two to three times a week,” which isn’t accurate. While these comments may be meant casually (as whenever i visit the same employees are there), it makes me uncomfortable and i feel judged for shopping there. On one visit at the winter sale, when I was looking for sizes and colors in joggers, an employee said, “Nooooo, dont do that, which one do you want” which also felt discouraging. I’m mindful while shopping and don’t leave messes, so interactions like this detracted me from the overall experience. I used to enjoy visiting the store overall, but im anxious to visit as i may receive a comment. I hope staff can be more mindful of how comments like these come across.

They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everything is just right and that you have a great experience. I had to return something after Christmas, and they went out of their way to make the process smooth and stress-free. Their exceptional customer service truly stands out.

1 /5 Ted Davis: Store would not honor 20% off coupon. Told me to buy the products and return them on Thursday for the discount. I received several reminders about this discount. I just made my purchase on line. Terrible customer service.

1 /5 Allison Penn: The employee said it was too difficult to get the leggings off mannequin so that I could purchase them even though they were the only size Left in my size. Instead driving to a different store to buy all my items just so I don’t have to spend my money there anymore. Super disappointed in their customer service
