5 /5 Aubrey Jones: I order 3 items for my fiancé and unfortunately 2 of the shirts didn’t fit correctly. After calling the store to exchange the items for smaller sizes they immediately sent me a return label. There was a mixup and the package sat there for a little while (which I was completely understanding of!) after calling again they were able to find my package and exchange the items. Unfortunately one of the items was no longer available so I was able to switch it for the long sleeve version. After receiving my items back they also added in a t-shirt as an I’m sorry! Absolutely amazing customer service and what an amazing store! Highly recommend them and will be buying everything for Christmas from them!

5 /5 LadyJet: Ive shopped at The Barnes Store for years, always a great experience. Today was a little different however. I came in need of a specific need. This week, as a community, we will lay to rest a well loved young man. Our friend loved all things faith, family, baseball, outdoors... and he loved him some hats. To honor his legacy, we all decended on the store to purchase a specific brand of hats. The staff was so loving and helpful in our time of need. As I made my purchase, the owners daughter handed me a stack of hats to pass out to those who couldnt make it to the store. She wanted to make sure everyone was taken care of. As I fought to collect what was left of myself. I thanked her and team, left, and lost it in the parking lot. Its acts of love like these that remind us to shop small, love our neighbors, and put community first always. Thank you Barnes Family. Well never forget your kindness.

5 /5 Aprilmayorjune Usrey: Barnes stores is easy to find. My husband is a diesel mechanic and needs boots that withstand the harsh environment of his job, plus he requires a wide width. We can always depend on Barnes Store to have a large selection of boots in his size. The staff is very accommodating. I love the ladies wear aswell.
