Bear Store - (Near Blue Ridge, GA)

1 /5 Kathi Tortorice: this is a cute store with great bear merchandise but I had such a negative experience with the staff that I will never return. My sister has two cabins and has purchased merchandise here in the past, but she will never return either after our recent visit. . I asked if there was a fitting room so I could try on pajamas. they acted as if I was bothering them so I opted not to buy the $50 pajamas because I knew I couldn’t return them if they didn’t fit as I live out of town. Then I looked at some small stuffed bears but I just wasn’t sure if I wanted them. And the owner followed me and asked me what did I do with the two Bears I was carrying. I asked him if he thought I stole them , or plan to steal them and he implied that I did in fact take them. I showed him where I placed them back on the rack. I ended up buying two bears, and i regret purchasing from them. Ironically, they have Christian signs throughout the store but I didn’t see them practicing what they preach. No thank you

5 /5 Chris Clark: Found this place to be especially interesting including the bag of blue mountain bear poop. Not really a great reason for not rating a 5 except my son had gone in there specifically with the notion of buying gummy bears which were probably the only item they didn’t sell bear related. It deserves a 5.

1 /5 shelly perry: I live in blue ridge ga and went in this store the worker was rude and it was way over priced I can buy just about everything there at Amazon for cheaper for the same stuff but its a cute store if u have a lot of money

1 /5 Jamie Gonzalez: Usually when we visit Blue Ridge it is Sunday and this store is closed, but this time we drove 2 hours to Blue Ridge and was excited to finally visit this store. We got into town around 10:00, saw that they open at 11:00, so we explored a while then got there around 10:58, waiting a few minutes, looked in the window and was YELLED at to wait 15 more minutes. I guess I’ll buy my bear things elsewhere. Very disappointing to feel like my business would be a burden!!!

1 /5 Michael Taylor: The cashier confronted my 14 year old daughter with her certified seizure detecting service dog and told her he wasn’t real . This was difficult for many reasons as she was embarrassed about her medical condition and the service dog has been with us for only a month. Her dog had his service vest on and behaves perfectly but this guy must hate either dogs or kids with medical conditions. We will never go back !
