Mary Brown Great customer service! Very nice! I came in looking for a pair of riding boots that I had seen online. She knew exactly what I was talking about and came back with the size I needed. I highly recommend this store! Such a wonderful shopping experience!

Michaela Hall Marie (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was pleasant. I was not greeted when I walked in because she was with a customer but she went out her way to come to me and greet me. I didn’t have to wait when checking out she met me at the front. She was amazing and professional and was willing to hold my items if need be!!! 10/10 customer service!!

donna simmons Love shopping at Catos. Today it was close to 100 these employees did not have working air conditioning. It was so hot in there my cheeks were red and I was sweating ,even worse when I tried in clothes I was all sweaty, yuck. The DM Cheryl should have told them to close the store due to no air and paid the employees for missed work due to unsafe working conditions. DM can take the rest up with the property manager. DM needs to take care of their employees!! It is not the employees fault and employees should NOT have to use their paid time off for employer not having safe environment for them to work in. Managers, do the RIGHT thing and take responsibility like you should without hesitation! I went next door and got the employees gallons of ice cream to cool them off. Bless their hearts!!!

Amanda Faulkner Absolutely amazing customer services! I was struggling to find something I would be comfortable in presenting to a large group. Cindy was kind understanding and helped me find the perfect outfit! I’ve never shopped with Lane Bryant before but after this experience I will for sure be back!
