Buckle - (Near Augusta, GA)

5 /5 Gabrielle Acree: I had purchased some clothes in a different Buckle location as Christmas gifts for my husband. Unfortunately, the size I got him was too small, so I came to the Buckle in Augusta to exchange sizes. The staff was super helpful and was able to get the size I needed ordered online since they didnt have any left in the store. I had the new clothes shipped to the store, to avoid having to pay for shipping. I got an email when my order was available for pickup. When I arrived to pickup my order the staff was attentive and quick to get my package. I will definitely be back! Great selection to choose from and great customer service!

5 /5 Cody Brickhouse: Came in today looking for a specific style of jeans I haven’t been able to find anywhere and Jenny was able to help me find what I was looking for quick! She offered amazing customer service and made it a lot easier looking for what I wanted!

3 /5 M G: Ladies, pump your brakes. Four different sales associates asking me if I need help within three minutes is a bit too much. I’m quite capable of looking at clothes on my own. If I need assistance I will find you. So take a deep breath and chill out . Awesome store though !

5 /5 Sunshine STR: After an unsuccessful shopping trip to Augusta Mall my final stop was Buckles. I was greeted by a lovely young woman, Natalie. I was looking for flare jeans and I liked the smooth slightly stretch material without tears. Another issue Ive had is that Im 53 in sneakers so they needed to be for shorter women. She looked thoroughly for pants that would suit me and then helped me find tops as well. She got the other ladies who worked there involved and when my companion told her he was retired military, she thanked him for his service and gave us the military discount. If more shops and stores/shops had workers with her excellent customer service and personality sales would not only be booming but people like me would gladly go back. Im only visiting Augusta for a few days but she made my trip that much more enjoyable. She is a great team member Buckles. Please recognize her!

The staff are always absolutely wonderful and will help you with anything you need, they always go above and beyond for the customer!! I shop here as much as I can and it is one of my favorite stores in the Mall!
