Jeff Shiver Whaattt?? I’ve passed this store for 10 years on my way to my parents house in Berrien county. I’ve always noticed the Ariat sign a block off 82 but figured it was a dusty old store with an outdated selection (sorry). This place is legit. It’s not huge, smaller than most boot stores I’ve been. But it punches above its weight—every pair on the shelves is there for a reason. Somehow prices are lower than online and they’re not refurbs or seconds. Only problem is the selections are so good, I got paralyzed. If there was a diners drive ins a dives for boots, this place would be featured. Great staff too. My 13YO daughter needed boots for a concert this week and she helped her find the perfect pair.

Halie Pullen The cutest local bookshop, with friendly, helpful staffers. The owner recently wrote a book herself (her and I both graduated from the same small Christian high school, one year apart actually, small world for ya!), which I borrowed from my local library in Tallahassee. But after loving it so much (and wanting to highlight and underline and notate) I knew I needed my own copy. So we made the short drive across the state line for a visit on sidewalk sale day, and loved our time in the store and in downtown! Plus, I now have an autographed copy!

L H Heard good things about D&K suit city. I took my 13 yr old son there to get his first suit. Mr.Nates customer service is PURE gold. He has great energy, welcoming, professional,attentive and over all extremely helpful . He made this milestone for my young man pleasant and seamless. This experience is definitely memorable.

hintergardt Cadie Debbie had a fantastic shop here in town. An AT logo on the door always draws me into a shop. From Patagonia, Montbell, Birkenstocks, Big Agnes, and black diamond. She has fuel and stoves, water filters, ground covers, all the small necessities,a killer knife section, plenty of Darn toughs and Bigfoot t-shirts next to AT shirts … check her out for your hiking needs
