1 /5 Janet Buckner: I ordered the blue & white Calming Comfort Bouquet in blue vase as a sympathy arrangement. My mother received a colorful yellow/orange/red Fall arrangement, while the flowers were beautiful, it’s not at all what I ordered! I called the shop to discuss and the lady was rude, non caring, non apologetic and rudely offered to go pick it up and take the correct arrangement but said she did not have the flowers in the arrangement and could replace them with other flowers. My family is going through grief and I decided to let it go and keep the arrangement! To the lady that answered the phone, I want you to know, a sincere apology goes a long way!
