Mzz Anne Manager was unfriendly and stiff, but the other staff were helpful. Found some great items, but had to really search because they seemed to be out of almost everything. Great prices. Be careful with kids clothes because they will shrink in the dryer big time, so maybe buy one size up.

Kerrie Stewart After frustrated with the nail salon next-door, I went into Cato‘s just to calm down and received the best customer service that I’ve had in a very long time. The two young ladies working there was amazing. Very customer service friendly. I am so happy that it is still people they care, the ladies name was Amanda and I didn’t get the other ladies name. Thank you both for my great visit to your store !!

Im glad to see Belk is still holding on. I would LOVE to see this place return to its former glory. I truly, for the sake of the younger generation, that this has not passed us by.
