Emi Collins I just want to say this is hands down the BEST Belk I have ever been to. Not only is it constantly stocked with new items in every section - the staff are super friendly. Maria was absolutely amazing today. She was super sweet, helpful and genuine! I will definitely be back to shop here because of my experience with Maria today! 10 stars for her if I could give them! Rae Hunter LOFT at Emory Point is truly the best location, no contest. The customer service is consistently outstanding, and every visit feels welcoming and enjoyable. During my most recent trip, Bradley and Renee showed exemplary customer service. Renee made this visit exceptional. She was incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and genuinely kind taking the time to help me pick out some absolutely beautiful pieces including the perfect gifts for my mom for Christmas. Her eye for style and care for customers truly stood out and made the entire experience feel personal and effortless. The entire team is always so friendly, and the shopping experience is genuinely delightful every single time I come in. I live near The Battery in Smyrna, yet I happily drive out of my way to shop at this location because it’s that good. This store sets the gold standard for customer service. I highly, highly recommend!

Connie P. A guy and a girl staff, both very pleasant. I was in a pinch for time and the guy was so helpful. I told him what I was there to buy and he was on it....helped me find what I needed. Then as I was trying on one pair and found it too small, he asked if I wanted the next size up, I said yes, and before I had the ones too small off he was there and dropped off the box for the next size up, and again disappeared. But I knew he was close by because when I said I needed a half size more, I heard him speak to me and again, he dropped the next box off at my feet before I got the others off, was disappeared again. He didnt stand over me while I was trying them on, which was great! The third pair I tried was a charm and I was at the checkout & leaving in literally 16 minutes from when I first came in! I got the shoes I needed, left & was on time for my appointment and could not have done it without his excellent help! He was professional, quick to meet the need at the moment, and pleasant in his attitude. He never made me feel like I was a bother to him. He could not have done any better. Excellent service the owner would be proud of, so seriously, give him a raise please. Thank you

Bloom Big selection of happy socks on sale for $4.99 a pair! Women style does not have a big selection and variety, but the mens size are greater& more varied! And remember feet are feet. It really doesnt matter if you, man or woman. And if you have a large size 10 or larger...just go with the Mens sizes!! The socks for the men are longer and seem to be a little heavier weight, so I always go to the mens socks for longer lasting bright happy socks! But the lines are long and the cash registers open a few in between. And plan to do a lot of walking to find someone to check you out and have everything you need in line because I had to go back and get another pair of socks and she went to the next customer!. And dont forget at Belk you can layer your coupons so use your rewards and your other coupons can be put together to get free socks like my five pairs I got today!

Arthur Fryzel Made sir my drink was filled and the staff was all very nice and they smiled and answered any questions had about menu. I had the buffet which had all kinds of great food on it steaks shrimp sweet potatoes and everything was super fresh awesome selection had food for all and there was easy access to food and Plates and the steak and shrimp were really good they were jucy and fresh. I got really full. And they have a cow bell at the entrance to ring of you enjoyed your food. Was a good place to eat. 5 stars ate the steaks lol my overall impression, very good Along with the experience this impression should main top of the line. The beautiful staff universe.
