Kimberly Miller This is by far one of the worst shoe stores in Lagrange as far as opening when they are supposed too!! Never opens on time!! Sitting here now at 1:11 pm and doors not open says open at 1opened up at 1:13pm then the lady so dang rude. No worries though that’s the last time I will spend money in this store!!

Princess Angella Morgan Excellent customer service, not 2 mention the store alone is inviting and well-decorated. Its an eye opener and though a store, its a sight 4 sore eyes, hands down!!!!!✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Ron Randolph The store is very expertly layed out with all new furiture! The sales person was very friendly and knew what we wanted! The store manager she’s outstanding Got my loan approved and more. Asked if we wanted to have floor samples delivered tommorrow( Saturday). Isaid sure we just moved to a new home and had no furiture until the movers moved us from our old apartment 95 miles away. It was scheduled for thursday.

donna simmons Love shopping at Catos. Today it was close to 100 these employees did not have working air conditioning. It was so hot in there my cheeks were red and I was sweating ,even worse when I tried in clothes I was all sweaty, yuck. The DM Cheryl should have told them to close the store due to no air and paid the employees for missed work due to unsafe working conditions. DM can take the rest up with the property manager. DM needs to take care of their employees!! It is not the employees fault and employees should NOT have to use their paid time off for employer not having safe environment for them to work in. Managers, do the RIGHT thing and take responsibility like you should without hesitation! I went next door and got the employees gallons of ice cream to cool them off. Bless their hearts!!!
