1 /5 Iesha Hill: Terrible service, I purchased two pair of kids black air forces I couldn’t find any where I’m from I made it a store pick up got confirmation that my order was ready, I drove a hour away from home to get them. I get there and it was a kid at the register I showed her my order and Id she called out mom, mom comes after daughter says you have a online order she said a order that not my phone smh but I spoke and said I ordered to pair of air forces so another girl says yes the two air forces their in the back so I said cool the mom went to get them come back with a pair and said they didn’t have the other one I’m thinking to myself why did I receive confirmation that my order was ready then. So I took the one pair and tried looking for a replacement so I went next door to hibbets didn’t find any while inside I had my daughter try on the shoes I pulled the shoe out and immediately got even frustrated they shoes looked defected like wth I took them back of course you can’t get a refund so I look for another replacement so I back to square one no shoes smh this just was very unprofessional no one apologized sincerely I was pissed never again but it’s my fault never purchased shoes from city gear but the website was hibbets so the whole experience was just terrible‼️
