5 /5 Domestic Tiger: Ive experienced great customer service every time Ive gone in there. They are friendly and ask if you need something, but they dont follow you around pointlessly like other shoe stores. Everyone there from what I experienced was respectful and kind.

3 /5 Just Me Natasha: I went into The store looking for a pair of new balance sneakers for my daughter. The ones she wanted were not in stock in store, So I believe it was the manager Ordered them online and had them shipped to my home. The shoes were a little too big and she decided to go with a different shoe so I went to the store to return them. I was told that because it was purchased online that I could not do a refund only a store credit or exchange. This wouldn’t have been a problem if I was made aware of this before purchasing the shoes. I took a look around, I found some shoes I was interested in but they didn’t have my size in stock. I decided to go with the store credit but I would have to contact their customer service to receive the store credit I also couldn’t order shoes off-line, but I was told because it was a debit card transaction. I can only purchased shoes within the store. I will say everyone was pleasant both times that I visited, the store is very clean and organized. I mainly was disappointed because I was not made aware of the No refund policy Before purchasing the shoes.

1 /5 Nia Jackson: Horrible costumer service !!! I walked in and NOONE greeted ME , one person was on the phone and the other walked by me to count boxes . I asked for a size 14 for my son and before they even looked they only gave me one option. The First Lady I asked didn’t even look she said no there wasn’t any . And i was ready to buy 3 pairs of shoes but from the costumer service I walked out I rather just order online .

5 /5 A Lee: Recently stopped by to check them out since they just open. Had no intention of purchasing but the customer service was great that I ended up buying a few things. The gentleman was super helpful and not to pushy. I like it when the employees acknowledge the their customers with a greeting, understand giving customers their space and following up with a "let me know if I can help". I will definitely shop here again.
