Martina Wilson Unless you want to waste your money DON’T BUY HERE! I placed an order online on 12/20 with store pick up availability 12/21 for my daughter for Christmas. Today is the 31st. I still have not received my order. The only correspondence I’ve received is that the order was shipped on 12/21. I have called the store multiple times, they said they cannot find my order # or name in their system, and have referred me to call customer service. Customer service either doesn’t answer and hangs up on you or keeps you on a long hold and eventually hangs up on you. I called the store again, I was then told to email customer service….again, no response to my email. This company (CITY GEAR, DTLR) targets a certain customer base, and then doesn’t respect or value their business. What a ripoff.
