Alexandria Hawkins I visited this Macy’s to purchase perfumes for Christmas gifts and had an excellent experience. The sales associate, Laura, was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to thoughtfully recommend fragrances for my family members and even helped me select a cologne for my boyfriend. Her attention to detail, patience, and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. She also provided several samples, which was a much-appreciated touch. If you visit this location, I highly recommend asking for Laura she truly delivers exceptional customer service.
