Theres always some kind of deal going on, and I like to check out all of the awesome cowboy boots/hunting boots/work boots, etc., you have on display.
Im sure you know this, or Mason wouldnt have his current title, or worked there for as long as he has, but... as store manager, Mason Steele, is a HUGE ASSET to your company. He is definitely a people person, and... hes not afraid to work or do his job. If theres an issue, which... looking at your Google rating is very unlikely, Mason is right on it. From messaging customers almost immediately here on Google, or text messages if he has a way to contact the customer.
Up until a few months back, I have NEVER had a problem with service, merchandise, you name it. There was a small misunderstanding/or whatever you want to call it, and Ill say this... your store manager Mason Steele is the reason... the ONLY reason why I shop at your store. He got on it immediately and made things right, 110%.
Im 61, have managed a ramp crew with the airlines, a service station, and a pest control company. Been there, done that. Mason has it down to a science, and I wanted to pass this along. It is VERY IMPORTANT to me to support local/small businesses. Items might cost a little more, but its a brick and mortar store. NOT some basement in a house. And... I promise you will NOT get the same level of service if something happens. Anyway... you have a great store, and I love stopping by to shop. Keep up the good work. You have a customer for life. AND positive word of mouth. Thats the best and least expensive advertising out there. Thank you!!
