Bonnie Carter I love, love my Cato store. I went in there Sunday and they were so helpful and had the best attitude. I needed them both because I have had surgery and I’m on a timeline for clothes. Some I take home to try on and if I exchange them, they are a great store to deal with. I love them. I always loved their clothes even before this Sunday. But they treated me like family. Princess Black It’s been years since I’ve gone into a Hot Topic, and during my recent visit, the customer service was absolutely amazing. There was a worker named Shay who helped me out. She was happy to help me look for items I couldn’t find and suggest other items she thought might be interested in. I ended up walking out of the store with way more items than I intended to buy walking in. Her assistance was much appreciated, and she’s made a Hot Topic regular customer out of me. This all happened about a month ago. I would’ve left a review sooner, but I just found my lost receipt with her name on it now; she definitely deserves a good review.
