5 /5 A Cooke: I visited this store today close to closing in need of a good quality shoe to help with plantar fasciitis. I knew I wanted a hoka or on cloud shoe. Thanks to Renaya I left with the perfect shoe for me! She was so patient and knowledgeable, she helped me choose between different brands and even recommended one I wasn’t familiar with. She never rushed me and let me try on shoes and walk to see what was comfortable. I ended up finding a Hoka that was lightweight. I am beyond satisfied and so grateful for Renaya’s outstanding customer service. I plan to return soon and I highly recommend anyone looking for great service in shoes to work with her!

She scoured the store looking for it, she called a manager to see if he knew where it was, and when it couldnt be found, she ordered one for me. It was a super quick and easy experience, and I got free shipping! 10/10 customer service. That girl deserves a raise!
