Franky was immediately helpful and patient with checking the inventory for an item that has been very difficult to find at my local Dick’s location. After having no luck he went above and beyond to check with a manager to help find the product. If the store was busy I would not have even asked for the extra help because I know how frustrating searching for random items can be. The management team and Franky were patient and treated me with hospitality the entire time. The store was very clean and organized as well, this team has it together!
