Mila M Wonderful customer service, every time I come in someone is always quick to great me and ask me if I need help finding any certain styles. It is unfortunate that they no longer have a contract with Converse, but they did inform me that they are working on getting it back as quickly as possible.

Chris Paul I was in the store Monday 2/21 walked in and greeted by the store manager Jessie. I couldn’t find my size on the rack of clothes I was looking at. He quickly looked up if it could be found at other stores close by and then referred me to order online locating the exact style I wanted. This was great customer service in my mind and I will be returning.

A K I love TJ Maxx. It offers more emotional value than just material. When you find something that is what you want with an affordable price, you feel so satisfied. There isn’t enough stock for men though.

Nicky McNeely I love shopping at the shoe department but the one in Jesup is nothing like the other ones I have been in. Every other one greets everyone when they walk in my daughter and I walked in and we were only greeted by the young lady thats working the floor. It was two employees at the front just looked at us and didnt say anything my 15 year old daughter said mom what kind of customer service is this they dont have any at all. But they greeted other customers. This was at 11 something in the morning I went in to purchase my husband a pair of work boots but since we didnt get the proper help or customer service support I walked out told the nice young woman outside to have a good day and at least she greeted us and she was working on the floor when we walked past her. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and assistant managers so customer service is a must when working.
