I made one phone call and Mr. Haynes answered and assured me that he would order and deliver it within a timely manner. Three days later, I received a return phone at which time Mr. Haynes advised me that the shipment had come in and he was picking up my 4-wheeler. He worked around my work schedule and brought it to me when it was a convenient time for me. He made sure that it was running and fully functional before he presented any paperwork for me to complete.
