The lady who was working is really nice and kept checking on me to see if I needed any help. I didnt find much due to the store being low on my sizes. But thats to be expected. Sorry to see you go!

1 /5 Julie Pressley: If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday with my Grandma. The store was empty and now I understand why. The younger lady with brown hair was cleaning the bathroom. She never greeted us or said I’ll be right there. She was in the bathroom the entire time up until I put my clothes on the counter to check out. At one point, my grandma asked her to unlock the dressing room so that she could try a shirt on and she was very rude and throwing things on the ground and slamming doors. I hope she finds a job she actually likes or comes to find that a little kindness goes a long way and hopefully, whoever reads this will have that conversation with her instead of letting it continue. Based on the reviews prior to mine, this is a common occurrence.

1 /5 Angel Turner: Super cute clothes and great prices! I went in today because I have a photo shoot next weekend and I found the CUTEST outfit. When I asked to go to the dressing room (they only have one opened) she said it’s unlocked. When I got to the door and turned it, it was locked and nobody was in there. So I asked the young lady with brown hair if she could unlock it and she huffed and rolled her eyes and when I said thank you she just walked away. Needless to say I took my business else where. If you don’t like your job then quit.

1 /5 Kelsey Scott: i came here and bought a dress for a dinner rehearsal last minute, i didn’t realize the dress was literally paper thin until last minute and could see everything under it. i came to just exchange it and i was told i couldn’t because i had worn it. i checked on the factory connection website BEFORE coming in to see if they had a policy like that and they didn’t. she told me i should just wear a tank top under it and was pretty rude. highly upset with the quality AND service i received for a $18 dress that is the WORST quality of anything i’ve ever bought.

1 /5 Kristen Turner: The older lady that works there is not every helpful and is very rude. The girls are always chatting with each other or on their phone, very poor customer service. I hate that it’s always a bad vibe because I love stores like this and have gotten great clothes from there but I don’t support business with poor customer service.
