My husband and I stopped in to browse and we were blown away not only by Paul’s customer service, but his genuine kindness and helpful nature. Kudos to Paul and the Savannah team - this location is meticulously and beautifully merchandised. If you want a positive retail and service experience (which is very rare these days) please go see Paul and team!

Looking up sizes and availability, offering product suggestions, and assisting throughout the store. Caitlin was the best! I love the look and feel of this location as well- spacious, clean, great displays.

We were in town for a couple of days and my husband is impossible to shop for or to take shopping. He does not love to shop For himself. From the moment we walked in, Paul went above and beyond to help us find exactly what worked well for my husband. His attention to detail was impressive—he knew the fit, style, and colors that worked best for him and pulled together options I never would’ve thought to try. His customer service was outstanding—friendly, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure we left happy and confident with the choices. Shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, and my husband was already stressed about it, but Paul made it enjoyable and effortless. We will definitely be back to this store next time we visit the area because of his professionalism and eye for detail!

If they don’t have it in store (which is rare) they can have it shipped to you. We are repeat customers not only for the exceptional quality of clothing but the phenomenal experience with the staff. It’s our favorite store to visit when in Savannah and we will continue to keep coming back!
