1 /5 Sheree Bryant: Very disappointing experience. I brought (20) items to open an account. Most of my items were from WHBM… dresses, tops and pants. Note - some items still had tags on them. I was told to stay close while the items were being inspected.
I spent the time looking for items of interest in the store. Most of the items were not my style and seemed out dated. I eventually met the young lady at the counter with my items still in tact. She told me they are looking for items from the 2020’s and my items were 2017. Excuse me. She could only find three acceptable items and it takes five to open an account. First of all, I don’t think she looked at my items. Secondly, it’s offensive to say my items are outdated because obviously we don’t share the same sense of style. I would hope your shoppers have a diverse sense of style. To be honest, I felt like I was being racially profiled.
