1 /5 Kelsey Mirkin: Horrible!! I have called several times over the last few weeks and emailed!! Phone number on website and google do not connect or work!! Emailed customer service regarding my order which was drafted from my account and then I received a notice that it was unable to be filled and out of stock. I was still charged for it and asked for a refund to my original payment and still no response!! I am very unhappy with this store and would not recommend. I don’t write reviews like this ever but this has been beyond aggravating and messed up to me as a paying customer. Reading other reviews I am not the only one that’s had this poor experience

1 /5 Victoria Bowen: Horrible experience!! I had signed up to get the monthly box in November. Never got it in November then they charged me for another box in December and never received it! So 2 boxes never received. Emailed multiple times only got a few replies. Cancelled the box end of December and they charged me in January emailed them asking for refunds for all the boxes I was charged for and never received but no reply back! Will never order again from them!!

1 /5 Kelly L: Ive been trying to give this company the benefit of the doubt for over 6 years now. Ive order multiple childrens monogram boxes from them and without fail have had major issues every single time. From never receiving the boxes, to never hearing back from customer service, to receiving damaged, dirty, stained and missing items. I will never shop here again. I cancelled my subscription but was still charged and had to reach out for a refund. Im now trying to get a refund for damaged, dirty stained items and the store is refusing to send me a detailed purchase order showing all items they shipped so I can send these items back. I dont trust that theyll say they received everything if I just send it all back in a box. HORRIFIC customer service.

1 /5 Tawnya Caudill: Customer service is non existent. I have sent 30+ emails to 3 different email addresses from their website. My issue has not been resolved since May. The phone numbers are not in service. I have even commented on their Facebook posts asking for someone to respond to my emails. Very disappointing.

5 /5 Jeri Wallace: Ginny Marie’s is an awesome place to shop! The styles have both the chic and relaxed look and I always find something when I go. The help is so nice and friendly too. Great jewelry and accessories also and best of all: Affordable! I would definitely go check it out you will be back!!!

Nate Smith Ive been shopping at this Kroger for almost 30 years! Aldi is across the street now, and that helps keep the milk price lower at this Kroger than at others. Competition is beneficial. Beautiful flowers for that special someone, chicken tender meals at the deli for lunch sometimes, besides the usual needs for the kitchen, make this one of my most frequently visited stores.
