I went in to purchase the Jordan Black Cat Retro 4s, and the customer service was truly exceptional. Despite the busy holiday rush, the sales team went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and enjoyed my visit. Their professionalism, patience, and friendliness made the experience seamless and enjoyable. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase or the level of service I received. Highly recommend this location!

4 /5 Ray Brown: I had no problems but did see other peoples bad luck. It was release day Saturday and a guy who shortened his name for his account couldn’t get his raffle win. The new policy of your IlID has to match completely on your account. Overall it still was a good experience for me

She made eye contact and greeted us the moment we walked in the door and was eager to help and the whole experience was extremely pleasant. We will definitely be back because knowledgeable sales associates are far and few between these days
