Derita Hall Went in Old Navy to get gift cards for my nieces. The young lady at the register was very nice and told me that I didnt have to get in line to get them that I cold just stand there until she finished that person and she would get them for me. I appreciated the great customer service. I failed to get her name but I wanted to say thank you and MerryChristmas!

Nicky McNeely I love shopping at the shoe department but the one in Jesup is nothing like the other ones I have been in. Every other one greets everyone when they walk in my daughter and I walked in and we were only greeted by the young lady thats working the floor. It was two employees at the front just looked at us and didnt say anything my 15 year old daughter said mom what kind of customer service is this they dont have any at all. But they greeted other customers. This was at 11 something in the morning I went in to purchase my husband a pair of work boots but since we didnt get the proper help or customer service support I walked out told the nice young woman outside to have a good day and at least she greeted us and she was working on the floor when we walked past her. I have been in customer service for over 15 years and assistant managers so customer service is a must when working.
