If you see something that you like but want to tweak a little--no problem, David will do a custom order for you. My husband had two belts made that are exact to his measurements and I had a custom wallet made for myself. We also have a few of the hats he sells in the shop. David is so friendly and helpful as well. I will continue to come to Cartersville Outfitters for any leather goods I need--for myself or as a gift.

I made one phone call and Mr. Haynes answered and assured me that he would order and deliver it within a timely manner. Three days later, I received a return phone at which time Mr. Haynes advised me that the shipment had come in and he was picking up my 4-wheeler. He worked around my work schedule and brought it to me when it was a convenient time for me. He made sure that it was running and fully functional before he presented any paperwork for me to complete. D Abbott I actually love this place. Some of their prices can be a bit silly, but all in all its a great thrift store with lots of good finds. Customer service is fine and Im sure theyd help if you asked, but its s a thrift store so they arent gonna go find that green pair of pants you need so much. I REALLY like that they (try to) size their clothing. It isnt perfect, but WAY better than other places! I dont have any photos of the place, but please enjoy this photo of an inchworm.

Traveling Sports Dude We stopped by on a Wednesday but they were closed. To our surprise the owners were inside and insisted on serving us. OMG the nicest people in the world, which turned into a full blown tour of the town. In a world where customer service seems to be dead, Dixie and Jim have knocked it out of the park. We have now found our regular stop as we travel between SC and FL. And the shop within their restaurant is AMAZING.
